If you are a minor (under the age of 18), you must be accompanied by your legal guardian to read and decide whether to accept this agreement. After you accept all the contents of this agreement, you can register, log in or use the relevant services involved in this agreement. Your registration, login, use and other acts are deemed to have accepted all the contents of this agreement.
This agreement is an agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the “user”) and timer about registering, logging in the “timer” software and using the “timer” software services. This agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between timer and the user with respect to the “timer” services. “User” Refers to the individual or organization that registers, logs in, uses, browses and obtains the services under this agreement.
The content of this agreement is updated by timer from time to time. Users can check the latest version of the agreement terms on this website. Once the updated terms of the agreement are published, they will replace the original terms of the agreement. After the terms of the agreement are updated, if you do not agree to accept it, you shall not continue to use the services provided by timer timer. If the user continues to use the software and services provided by Jiyou technology, it will be deemed that he has accepted the modified agreement.
1、 Use rules
1. The user fully understands and agrees that the timer timer only provides information storage and sharing platform services for the user, and the user must be responsible for all actions under his registered account, including adverse consequences caused by any content and information you transmit to the timer timer platform, including but not limited to compensation, fines, judicial / arbitration procedure fees Attorney’s fees, reasonable expenses, damage to timer, etc. Users shall make their own judgment on the content published by other registered users on the timer platform, and bear the legal liabilities caused to themselves, others and society due to the use of the content, including but not limited to the risks arising from the reliance on the accuracy, authenticity, integrity or practicability of the content.
2. Any content, information, etc. published by the user in using the timer timer service does not reflect or represent the views, positions or policies of timer timer, and timer timer will not bear any responsibility for this.
3. The user fully understands and agrees that the timer timer is a point-to-point information service platform based on the user relationship network. The user must bear full responsibility for the authenticity, legitimacy and effectiveness of the registered information on the timer timer. The user shall not impersonate others or spread any information in the name of others, and shall not maliciously use the registered account to cause other users to misunderstand. Otherwise, timer has the right to immediately stop providing services and cancel the user’s timer account, and the user shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.
4. Timer does not assume any individual or joint liability for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness and effectiveness of all information uploaded by the user. The user shall bear the relevant legal liabilities arising from the information transmitted by the user.
5. The user fully understands and agrees that the timer may be temporarily changed due to business development needs, emergencies, etc., suspend, restrict or terminate some or all of the services of the timer. The timer will make efforts, but does not guarantee to be notified in advance. Users know and are willing to bear such risks.
6. The user fully understands and agrees that the services provided by timer may include advertisements. The user agrees to display the timer and advertisements provided by third-party suppliers and partners during the use of the service.
7. Users shall not use timer or timer software services to create, upload and disseminate information containing any of the following contents:
(1) Opposing the basic principles defined in the constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;
(3) Harming the honor and interests of the state;
(4) Inciting national hatred and discrimination and undermining national unity;
(5) Undermining state religious policies and propagating cults and feudal Superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crime;
(8) Insulting or slandering others and infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(9) Information containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
8. According to reasonable judgment, timer timer may take measures such as stopping transmission and offline according to law for content violating laws and regulations, the agreement, infringing, impairing, threatening other people’s rights, or counterfeiting the contents issued in the name of others, and having the right to take appropriate legal actions against users who violate this clause in reasonable judgment, Including but not limited to: preserving illegal, infringing, improper and other contents from the timer service platform, restricting or prohibiting users from using all or part of timer services, canceling user accounts, saving relevant information in accordance with laws and regulations and reporting to relevant departments, etc.
9. User rights and obligations:
(1) The ownership of the timer timer account belongs to timer timer. After completing the application for registration, the user obtains the right to use the timer account. The right to use the timer account only belongs to the initial applicant for registration. Users are prohibited from donating, borrowing, renting, transferring or selling the timer account. If the user is not the initial applicant for account registration, timer has the right to freeze and reclaim the account without notice without bearing legal liability to the user of the account. The resulting losses, including but not limited to the interruption of user communication, emptying of user data and VIP, shall be borne by the user. If there is a dispute over the ownership of the account, Jiyou company has the right to temporarily freeze the disputed account after receiving the complaint from the relevant parties; The parties to the dispute shall provide evidence to prove the ownership of the account within the proof period (7 working days). After the company judges the ownership based on the evidence provided by the parties, it will unfreeze the disputed account.
(2) Users can change and delete personal data, registration information and transmission content on timer account or platform. When the user changes or deletes relevant information, it may also cause text and pictures stored in the system. The timer is not responsible for the loss of content caused by the user’s independent operation.
(3) The user has the responsibility to properly keep the registered account information and the security of the account password. The user needs to bear legal responsibility for the behavior under the registered account. The registered user shall bear the legal liability arising from the loan, disclosure or theft of account number, password and other information by others. The user agrees not to use the account of other users under any circumstances.
(4) Users shall abide by the terms of this agreement, use the service correctly and appropriately, and shall not disturb the order of the platform. If the user violates any provision of this agreement or other platform rules, timer timer has the right to terminate / suspend the provision of all or part of the service to the timer account of the defaulting user in accordance with the agreement. If any function of the account is terminated / suspended, you cannot participate in any official activities. If the account is permanently blocked, the bonus share in the account will not be withdrawn. It should be noted that for the account suspected of using unreasonable means to recharge (including but not limited to illegal cash out with credit card), timer timer will temporarily or permanently close the account according to its reasonable judgment. At the same time, timer reserves the right to withdraw timer timer’s account and user name at any time.
(5) The user guarantees that the information provided when registering the timer account is true and complete. The legal liability arising from illegal, untrue and inaccurate information shall be borne by the user. If the user’s registration information is changed, the registration data shall be updated in time to meet the requirements of timeliness, detail, authenticity and accuracy.
(6) Users can purchase VIP value-added services while using timer service. Except for the circumstances stipulated by law, the timer does not provide the service of returning, exchanging or cashing into RMB or any other currency after the user purchases VIP.
(7) If the user does not log in for 3 consecutive months after registering the timer account, the timer has the right to log out of the account to avoid waste of resources, and the resulting losses shall be borne by the user.
(8) The user agrees to grant the timer free use of the information and content published through the timer platform or formed during the user’s use of the timer service. The timer can be used in all ways, including adaptation, compilation, reproduction, distribution and network communication. If the user disagrees with the timer’s use of relevant contents, the user shall inform the timer in writing in advance.
(9) In the process of using the services provided by timer, if users find contents related to politics, guns, drugs, violence, gambling and pornography, they can report and complain to timer staff. After receiving reports and complaints, timer will send special personnel to deal with them in time.
(10) You are not allowed to use the timer to launder money in any form. Timer will closely monitor such behavior, and has the right to investigate the abnormal and large amount of virtual asset flow in multiple directional accounts, and has the right to cooperate with the competent authority to submit your identity information, transaction records of relevant accounts and other information.
